We are committed to assisting hospital and hospital systems incorporate urgent care
centers into a complete ambulatory strategy. We provide the administrative support for
our clients to be successful. Administratively, we are able to provide the knowledge
and experience needed to create efficiencies and improve the effectiveness of all our
projects. Aligning our goals with that of our clients is crucial to our success, and we are
committed to continue partnering in a meaningful way with our clients.

In addition to the above, we are available to provide consultative services to our clients
for emergency department and urgent care problem areas. Our expertise includes
providing answers to flow, disposition, triage, staffing, compliance, and disaster
preparedness. Our consultants include both physician, nurses, and hospital
administrators.

We have partnered with the Sun Health Hospitals to assist them in furthering their
urgent care centers throughout their service area. We truly appreciate this opportunity
and could not imagine having a better partner than Sun Health. Our most current site
is in Surprise, Arizona. This center includes radiology and a moderate complexity lab.
